ONP INT PATHWAYS
As a parent, you want to see your child move forward with confidence. But when they feel unsure about college, career direction, a major, training options, or what comes next, it can be hard to know how to help without adding more pressure.
On Point Pathways helps take the guesswork out of the process by giving your young adult language for who they are, where they thrive, and what next steps make sense.
You may be wondering
Is my child behind?
Are they choosing the wrong major?
Why do they seem unmotivated?
Should they go to college, take a gap year, work, or explore a trade or certification program?
How do I support them without pushing too hard? These are real concerns. And they deserve more than a quick online quiz or a generic list of career options.
What the Career Clarity Process Includes
Using the WOWI Career Assessment, On Point Pathways provides insight into your child’s strengths, interests, work preferences, and possible career pathways. But the assessment is only the starting point. The real value comes from helping your child and family understand what the results mean and how to turn that information into practical next steps.
Introductory Student Meeting
A brief phone call or Zoom to introduce the process, answer questions, and help the student feel comfortable before beginning.
WOWI Career Assessment
A personalized assessment that explores career interests, work preferences, strengths, and potential career pathways.
Assessment Evaluation
A thoughtful review of the results through the lens of the whole person, not just a score or list of job titles.
Results Session with Next-Step Guidance
A virtual or in-person meeting with the student or young adult, including parents when appropriate, to review results, discuss career and education options, and identify realistic next steps.
Investment: $550
Your child does not need to have their entire future figured out. They need a clearer next step. With the right tools and guidance, uncertainty can become a starting point for better conversations, more informed decisions, and greater confidence moving forward.
