Meet Amy...
Problem-Solver | Connector | Mentor
For the past nine years, Amy has worked closely with families navigating mental health crises, gaining a deep understanding of the challenges young people face. While crisis intervention is critical, Amy’s heart is in prevention—helping young people gain clarity and confidence before they reach a breaking point. She recognizes that mental and physical health are deeply connected, and a sense of purpose plays a vital role in overall well-being.

As a natural problem-solver, Amy saw a common struggle among young people: “What am I going to do for work?” The stress of not having a clear career direction often adds unnecessary anxiety. That’s why she created On Point Pathways—to give students and young adults the tools they need to explore careers, make informed decisions, and move forward with confidence.

More than anything, Amy loves encouraging young people to see the bright future ahead of them—no matter what obstacles are in their way. Through data-driven career insights and personalized guidance, she helps them shift from uncertainty to excitement about what’s next!

When she's not helping others discover their path, Amy loves spending time with her family and friends, taking her golden retriever for walks, and chasing new adventures through travel. She’s always up for exploring new places and believes life is best lived with curiosity, purpose, and a little bit of fun!
